Have just got back from N.Cyprus and spent some time with an accountant in Nicosia

finding out all about setting up a business and or a limited company.

Not straight forward,has its advantages but has many disadvantages, it does however depend on your particular circumstances, so my advice is make an appointment with or have one recommended and e-mail your queries.

Please be aware advice is not always free, as we have found out to our cost.

Ask first if the advice given is free.

If you want to e-mail me off board I will offer what help I can, having formed a limited company 3years ago I know of many of the pitfalls, but the rules change on a monthly basis.

The first thing to remember is that you will need a 'business permission' before proceeding.

My accountant is a properly qualified C.A based in Lefkosa who qualified in UK and practiced in London and I would be glad to pass on his details to you, his advice is free until you become a client.
