Asil Nadir has asked if the courts will remove his tag as god love him he finds it so disresing, i guess going to harodds for your weekly food shop, it would be. The court overturned it on account of the 13 count indicment of 33 million pounds and 2.6 million dollars to answer for. The judge ruled that there is no reason to vary these conditions. His next court apperance is next March. Hope he has a very happy christmas in London Im sure he will xxxxx

With enough money to keep warm; opportunity to shop at Harrods (as Lilli says); cushioned from all ills, apart from the little hampering matter of a tag, I guess London can be terrific at Christmas. All the best hotels, entertainment, and glitterazi - not bad. I would swop it for here, even it it meant wearing a tag. But I don't have the money that Nadir has, so London would be hell with no money to enjoy what it has to offer.

And he did CHOOSE to go! Maybe THAT is the answer.

Well the electronic tag is in place for a very good reason. If indeed he is innocent, that is for the courts to decide. The millions of innocent people, who are still alive, who lost money in the Polly Peck fiasco, are not impressed with his lavish life style. They want their day in court!
