I'm afraid I have to agree with Johnty.



I think it's very sad, when 'people' are more than happy to come along, despite knowing, and disagreeing with the entry fee, are still prepared to try and 'blag' their way in at the door!



Was it your table that I sang 'happy Birthday' to? (mum suspects it is!) If so.... Shame on you!!!!



Goonerstan... myself and Jonnie, don't wish to make any enemies, I'm glad you came, (couldn't keep away could you! ;o) ... ) but sorry you weren't willing to contribute to the cause. The show has cost us a lot of money to stage, we've worked hard, and despite the huge amount of support we have received, we have still to recoup our outlay, It's unlikely we'll be able to do it again. sad!



Needless to say, we are having lots of fun with the show...which was our main aim, again, I will say we thought 10 ytl was a reasonable amount to ask....

and would like to thank all of our supporters, especially those who have been to see us more than once, hence paying double ... or even tripple!



Last show, Saturday 13th September at Kings Bar, Esentepe! 10ytl on the door!

Having seen them at the farmhouse, I must say Anna & jonny were even better, We arrieved a little later than we anticipated still managed to get a seat from my rough count there were about 200 there.



Butlins no way they were very good entertaing and professional on day I will emember my camera and viseo segments, alas when you are my age you tend to forget things.



Well done to all those that turned up and did pay if you came and watched the footy I do hope the entertainment did not spoil your footie watching.



In short a darned good nightout. well done.

anna just for the record, i was not at your venue i certainly would not try to blag my way in, for your info i was at orleanda with dave jackson singing , i have seen you singing at farmhouse(no entrance charge) i was very impressed with the little girl that sang on your break now there a future star i do wish you and johnny all the best for the future, im sure you will always be busy, i do resent people calling others sad cos they refuse to pay 10 ytl to your show after all it is our choice

Infers that you were there when read in context to the first post, which was referring to people sneaking in without paying! It sounds as if, you are gloating and fully admitting you were guilty.. obviously not, yet again, you were just voicing your disapproval of the entrance fee, and as I and many others have said... don't wanna pay? then don't come!... It is completely your choice! and I wouldn't consider you 'sad' for not wanting to attend!!



Yes, Kelsey the young lady who will often give us a tune at The Farmhouse, is a star, Proven by the fact that she won 'stars in their eyes' competition...

I recognize that, hence why I support her and encourage her to get up and sing at my gigs!



The Lovely Dave Jackson, I would consider a friend, and I'm glad to see you support him, I can't expect to appeal to everybody, and I'm quite obviously ... well....what should i say.... not your cuppa tea!!???!!!



Thanks for the kind words, ... however, winter looms, tax is high (for those of us with work permits), the cost of living here....for everyone, is rising and it is becoming very hard to see a future for entertainers in the TRNC, I know more than a few including myself, are now looking at other country's.



So I say, make the most of it.
