That a thread that advertised the 44 get together has turned into yet another slagging match. Not only has it done that but to try and discredit two of my closest friends after the poor lady had a nasty fall. God love her at least she tried to live a normal life after. People I thought were friends saying awful things. She came with her poorly face to support us and lees cause. You know who you are and from now you are no friend of mine

Hi Lilli dont be too upset..It was terrible what they did yes I know, but remember the strength it took Hans wife to come to the 44..a very brave lady she must be, She came with her friend and this must have made it feel better for her,she would have known people would notice, but to be honest I have just met her once for a brief moment and at the lunch did not speak to her as I do not know her too well, but on looking I honestly thought it was a birth make of the face kind, you get some that take half of your face.and therefore did not take any notice until tonight..How very sad..My thoughts are with both Hans and his wife today.I know Hans finds me very irritating on here but hay how I just give him light hearted banter back..Thats how I am.

spider it was all totally uncalled for, She was very brave and I do not think i could be as strong as trix, however she wasnt even there, so to make those remarks so uncalled for i find dispecable. I hear all thats said about me on niges and prodgers forums. They are laughing as i had my slippers on, well you fall down the stairs and break your ankle bone and damage your cartlidge and many other things, sorry darlinks the manilos are out of service. It is a standing joke with my customers as to which colour i will wear, I hope its not for toolong more xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The thread was hijacked in a really horrible way and the instigater knew exactly what they were doing and then for DD to make out she did not know who the lady was is ridiculous, but her and DC have history and she was being spiteful. (I do not apologise to Sam for that comment.) It's a shame that the thread with all the videos will disappear.

Unfortunately I have distanced myself from the majority of the expat community. Don't get me wrong and I am not tarring everyone with the same brush but the majority can be friends one day and stab you in the back the next day.

I now know who my true friends are and I ignore the rest.

It never ceases to amaze me how vitriolic some people get, yes you can have a disagreement and have differing opinions, but to attack and slander someone is very very wrong, and MODS you are there to moderate if there is a repeat offender ban them for life. Don't bugger about with slapped wrists rid the the forum of them.I personally feel for Lee and Jan who no matter what they do, have people that try to sabbotage thier efforts,but it will not stop him he has broad shoulders and many friends who will stand in his corner

You were with friends and we can all serve our friends at Christmas time with our slippers on our feet ), Maybe more people need to be removed from 44 and who says they can not be, even without reason, but saying that they come back ! If it were down to me I would just remove them without notice or reason ! and just keep doing it asp every time.Have people no better things to do than to find ways to rejoin the 44 once they have been deleted ?

Some people just lead very destructive lives and are unable to understand the simple concept of self awareness and awareness of others..Then these very same people go on to poor me syndrome and seek nothing but attention from others, even though they are the instigators of their own situation.Change of ones own behaviour is very difficult indeed, and can be very painful too, no one likes to admit their own faults and flaws.But its the only way towards self understanding.
