I seem to have problems logging on to skype today, is anyone else having problems......or is it just me??

Been OK for me all day until around 6pm. Unable to sign in since then.

Tried Skype earlier, and again just now, nothing doing.

On Skype page, click on "HELP" then select Heartbeat (Skype Status)

http://heartbeat.skype.com/

"Sign in and registration. Some customers or areas may currently experience problems."

No other info at present.

Skype is back!



It shows how much we rely on it these days... I hate to think how we would have managed for the three days Bryony was stuck at Heathrow without it... Our phone bills will be bad enough but with her notebook she was able to get us on-line via Skype which made a big difference.

When i log onto Skype it takes a while to pick up a signal so i just have to be a little patient.

on the same lines i carnt get a call to the uk on skype with out it going of .other end carnt hear me and every else seems to to get perfect reception what am i doing wrong,tried re doing the speaker format etc

Skype working fine for me... try right click on the icon and 'quit' and 'yes' to the confirm close message. Then reboot PC and let it load. I did that and it came back.... faster than ever.
