| Well done all of the shops and hotels down at Girne harbour. So many Christmas lights all looking so pretty. Just had a lovely stroll soooooooooo nice. |

| The harbour is beautiful and I bet it does look great at Christmas.
However I think most people are put off strolling down there due to the constant harrassment from restaurant and bar staff trying to drag you in to their particular establishment. |

Know what you mean, they can be a right pain,
we used to split up ( when 4 or more) when we walked round there.
Not sure what it's like now though.

As I said we had a lovely stroll down the harbour last night. I think all of the shops and the local councill, hotels should get some praise for the effort they have put in re the festive lights.
Also the new place across from the colony '' The house'' at present they have a very interesting photo exhibition on till January.worth a wander around.
Next door a grand entrance leads you to a garden area lots of activity going on there in the stages of installing lighting etc, not sure what that is going to be but it looks very nice upmarket sort of place. |
