We went for a swim today (Boxing Day) at Famaguta's "Palm Beach". The water temperature was 20C, very pleasant once you were in. Apart from 3 days of storms recently we have been in every day since 25th March, and so have several others.

Did that in 2009 and 2010 and we have the fabulous t-shirts to prove it.... how's the economy doing now.. sadly, it didn't work for us last year? Would love to know as we are thinkng of coming back?

Is there any prosperity?

Re No. 5: Yes Pipie, but it was sold on and is currently being re-furbished, major works. Due to re-open in April 2011. That is the date they say, watching the progress every day I hve my doubts, maybe July.

I hope I am wrong.

Re No. 6: Are you in TRNC Blackbird? I tell no lies, the sea temp was 20C on Boxing Day, and it is 19C today. In the summer it gets up to 30C. Listen, I'm 67 years old, I am not so daft to try and swim in icey waters, a heart attack I don't need, exercise I do need.
