Be free of blocked drains, flush toilet paper and eliminate drain smells.



In just a few hours at surprisingly little cost we can reform your drains to take toilet paper and avoid those frequent blockages. We can also eliminate smells by installing proper traps and u-bends, fitting or extending stink pipes and sealing and making good badly fitting waste pipes.



Once we are done we guarantee no smells and on the rare occasion any drain blocks we will clear it free of charge.



It is not possible, so please don't ask, to give a price for this work without seeing the premises first. We have now done this work on hundreds of villas with costs ranging generally between TL450 and TL850 though the odd one has been as little as TL250 and one, more a palace than a villa, as much as TL3,500.

Do your solar panels face the wrong way? We can re-align them quickly and inexpensively.



For maximum efficiency they should be facing South, many are not. Experience shows that it can make a huge difference, check yours!

Water Heater Timers



Do you have your water heater on for longer than you need or do you forget to turn it off? Even more importantly, do you let your villa on short term lets? Holiday makers are notorious for wasting electricity with water heaters.



Digital timers can be set to turn the heater on and off as required seven days a week. The savings can be substantial.

John without going into detail you've lost a customer who has spent a lot of money with you. It means that sadly the work has had to be done by another person. There wont be any calls to your phone I'm afraid. The workmanship was to put it lightly very very sub standard in comparison to other TRNC companies of a similar nature.

Very surprised at message 14 comment. We used John only 3 weeks ago to do the drains and they did a first class job. Apart from the work there is a cast iron guarantee.

No it is not a complaint John, it is an advertisement to let everyone know about the standard of work. I am not "Moxie" in another disguise. I have wasted enough time letting everyone know that I cant believe how bad the work is. I would have said the opposite if it was good. It was not at all.

JohnW fixed my non-heat producing solar panels so that they were/are producing HOT water at last.

(You won't believe this but the builder who installed the panels in "the build " told me that the panels were not working because I was using " WELL WATER !!!!!" and he expected me - a thick BRIT, to believe him ?) The panels were set too high on the roof and my water tank is INSIDE the roof so they didn't work.The local panel fitters obviously do not know the principals of solar panels ! John came, saw the problem, lowered the panels, raised the water tank inside the roof and hey - presto " Hot water" all at minimal cost ! Thanks John for a job well done.
