If you're looking for a quality swimming pool pump,

I think the Astral Victoria is your best buy.

Not sure where you are, there are various suppliers in TRNC, with fitted price.

I know Esentepe Pools have fitted them in the past.

On the West side, I would price up both Siba, just by the Alsancak arch, and Offsetsan just past the army base coming out of tow, on the right next to a shop full of car wheels.

But deff get at least 3 prices as i'll bet they will vary, and i'm sure a few will be interested to hear the quotes if you post them after please.

As a guide, Mr Pipe quoted 250TL to change a bit of leaky pipe and Esentepe Pools did it for 70TL... Quite a variation.

I would recommend Press Teknik on the Alsancak/Lapta border. It is on the right just after Starling as you head towards the Lapta strip and Karsiyaka. This company's sole business is to sell/repair pumps and they have a huge range.

Also, as you are looking only for a pump, maybe it is to replace a damaged one. If so then Press Teknik are brilliant at repairs. My friend's pump had completely seized after the pump room was flooded. It had a rewind, 2 new bearings, a new impeller and a new condenser all for 180tl, a lot less than the £400 approx he was quoted for a new good quality pump, and 2 years on it is still working well.
