Dear All,

Now that CTA have gone does anyone know which airline flies out of Ercan equipped to transport a dog?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

He has a pet passport but I believe he'll still need to go into UK quarantine.

Thank you

If you contact 'flightholiday' through this board he can arrange it all for you. Or Skype him Flightholiday / IAH Ltd

Hope this helps.

Hi Thomas5, only Turkish Airlines at the moment. We have two rescue dogs coming back to UK in April, just waiting for their six month clearance, at present we are in UK and they are being looked after by very good friends over there. You can contact me via e-mail re quarantine etc and I can let you know what I have been told.

You say your dog has a Pet Passport.

Is it a UK passport or a TRNC passport?

If it is a UK passport. Is it up to date with boosters etc?

Turkish Airlines carry pets. Your pet can go as excess baggage.

Ankara Travel are very good for the transportation of pets.

Thank you all for your replies and advice.

Chris - I will contact Flightholiday.

Mikea11 - I will drop you an email, thank you.

aripointer - It is a UK pet passport as I brought him here from UK and yes it is up to date. I am hoping this will help me once we arrive back in UK.

Thanks all.
