Does anyone know if there are any figures on how many properties are being sold at present?

And of those, how many are new properties and how many are resales?

To get a true answer to this you would need to have an honest government and honest Estate Agents and Lawyers.

Theres a hell of flats being built in lefkosa and the outskirts so somebody must be buying them, i think its more rural estates that dont seem to be going so well,but saying that,driving past some of them there is a lot of sold signs on the properties

No government and no lawyer is honest.Thats whythey are politicians and lawyers.

All they do is find the loophole and lie for ones self-interest.

Thats how it is in the world,let alone little TRNC that is not even recognised by 'you'.

msg 1;

Property sales are at 'normal' rate.No more rush to buy.The great gold rush is over.
