I realise this is not quite what you are looking for, but it might tweak your interest. I have just heard about this property today, but have not seen it.



6 bedroom house, in the heart of Ozankoy village. I think it has a garage, but no pool. Built in the 80s I think and is on English title deeds - Asking price is £250,000, so with some negotiation it might fit your budget.

Hi Jen,

As there are not those many 4 bedroom properties available, I wondered if our villa might be of any interest to you.

It's on the Ozankoy/Catalkoy border - a very quiet but convenient location.

It was originally a 5 bed property but we've made the 5th one into the utility room - much more useful. 2 bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs with 3 bathrooms.

Whilst it does not have a garage as such, it does have a block built pergola with arches. It's large enough to house a motor car, with a bit of adaptation. It has a block paved driveway to it. Otherwise there is ample space and access on the driveway to build a garage as well as keeping the pergola.

We're only asking £159,950 so that would leave you cash to spare for the garage. We have the Kocan and all taxes are paid.

If you're interested we'll send you some photos. We're in UK at present but our caretaker can show you round.

Our place is in Karsiyaka, we have 3 very large bedrooms and the possibility for a 4th with the need to build a wall and make a door into a window thats all, we have a double garage, and a pool.....full title in our names, both land and build.....5 years old. contact via email.
