Hello ttoli,
If scread is the same as screed than in turkish it is
"sıva mastar altlığı"
according to:
http://www2.seslisozluk.com/?word=screed&go_search=+++Ara+++
i dont know how to translate the self levelling part because i have never used this tool and its wording in turkish.But you can try going to the construction shop and asking for all of their "sıva mastar altlığı"(screed) products and maybe you can see the self levelling one on the shelf, and even ask whats the word in turkish.
I hope it helps.

Many thanks for that, for reasons only known to themselves, my builders bricked up my loft access and the flloor is rough cast concrete, thought screed might be a good base for tiling.
