We had a lovely meal at Sinya the other night, in the warmest restaurant in the area. Yosef now has 2 gas fires in the restaurant area & a wood burner in the conservatory area (which has soft seats for drinks, coffee etc). He has the standard mesa & kebabs/fish menu, but also a lot of real turkish dishes. A few of these are always on the menu (we particularly like the liver & also sac kavurna), but others have to be ordered in advance. It is very reasonably priced too - only 48TL for 2 meals, a bottle of wine, 2 coffees & 2 brandies.

He is always doing more to the place. There are lovely cabins for rent, also brand new bikes for hire. He has recently finished an allotment area. You can rent an allotment complete with new wooden shed, if you want to grow your own veg etc.

Its well worth a visit.

Passed a few times - always looks empty - not sure if it is actually open! Shame as is another local place trying to do well. Glad it is nice and the price seems very reasonable as well.

It is a lovely place, unfortunately it has not caught on too well with the "Brit crowd" as yet, their special Fish baked in salt is a special to be tried, but as it is not too busy just now please book in advance
