| We can get hot water when central heating is on, but cannot hot water on it's own without radiators being on. |

| Shameless, there is a micro switch on the diverter valve, which closes the supply to the heating system and runs the hot water around the water to water heat exchanger, if you are lucky its just the switch that is not working. If your luck is anything like mine you need a new diverter valve. |

| They always do not plumb them in correctly from new, we have the same problem.
My advice is to forget 'the other plumbers' and get Demir Dokum we had others faff around for four days then they got DD in he fixed it in 10 mins. |

| Hippo knew you where going to ask that Mrs H is searching as I type-the problem was the failed plumber brought him and i wasn't quick enough to get his number.
We do however have our original contact number for them somewhere.
I wish i had used them first they obviously know the system which is very good. |
