I think they have Pilates classes at the Black Olive cafe. I dont go so not got any other details sorry.

Yoga class at St Andrews Church hall every Monday at 10.15 and 11.30. Qualified teacher. She also has class at Black Olive in Alsancak on Tuesdays at 8.45. Tel Janie 0533 875 1561

Hello - I'm a qualified Health & Fitness Instructor (for 15 years in the UK) & am now teaching Pilates & Fitness Yoga at Duet Academy in Girne. Pilates will certainly help your back condition, but we may have to modify some of the exercises for you (which isn't a problem). I am currently teaching Pilates Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10am-11am & Fitness Yoga Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5pm-6pm. I also am a Reflexologist which may also help with your condition.
