"NO" quite simply they DONT exist!

k8ty2210 (mess 3)

TRNC Estate Agents don't know the meaning of the word reliability! or honesty! like many around the world!

The difference in the TRNC is that the Government won't regulate them!

TRNCvictim, Msg 5.

"The difference in the TRNC is that the Government won't regulate them!"

So would a TRNC Government regulated estate agent be any different or safe ?

Sadly probably not! the TRNC Government is as you say in message 6! "couldn't regulate anything", however if they continue down the road they are going there will be no way out the circle will eventually lead them up their own backside!

I consider Smiths an honourable company, we bought with them and have been very pleased, they dont have a large turn round of staff, says something.

We bought through Donaghy & Beyler, they were very good, one or two minor problems but Hayat Beler sorted everything for us!

I agree with MaggieAndBernie. I bought twice through Landmark and absolutley no problems. Sandra and her husband (Feridun) gave us lots of help outside the scope of the purchase both before and after the contracts were signed. And the lawyer they recommended was great also.

This Thread still advertises "Unwins" at the top in great big letters, says it all for honesty in the TRNC!
