| I have never experienced any problems with Creditwest and use their online banking quite a lot.
I use the Karakum branch and cannot speak highly enough of the service that I have received.
Blackpoolfan - I can only assume that you are with a different branch ?

| I also have not had any problems with Credit West, if fact I sent an e-mail 30 minutes ago and have had a reply already and very courteous it was to.

| I am with Creditwest Karaoglanoglu branch and cannot speak highly enough of the great service I get from them. Always a cheery welcome, they know me, and have had good advice. |

| went into credit west on monday as couldnt exchange on line. was told that at the moment you cannot do this. , so did it in the office and took an eternity with more passports to copy and forms to fill in.
took only a minute on hsbc |
