Hi Nige,

First time we've passed. Will prob meet up sometime ?

I use Terminator X I'm sure it's free for the first few months.

Our teenages are so P***** off that they can't get access, to those programmes, they have virtually stopped using the PC.

Brilliant bit of software so bought it so cheap.

Nige,

How about just giving her some guidlines, i.e. 2 hours a day or something, whatever you think is what she should have.

She will be in your house, so should respect your rules, with the help of her parents of course.

Or is that too simple??

Anyway, she won't have any time to get on, as I'm sure your logged on here 24/7 yourself

u can set up and block whatever u want for each individual.

these are just tick boxes or you can add your own, just because you block it for one, doesn't mean its blocked for everyone.

Our 13 year old has different access to certain sites.

The 9 y/o different again.

You choose what you want to stop for each and every one.

Its a hard one Nige. You could take your visitors out and about each and every day from dawn to dusk. My sister was on holiday a couple of weeks ago and before everyone else got into the apartment she went in and took the TV plug out of socket. She announced when someone mentioned it wasn't working, that it must be broke and she would report it. No TV for two weeks and no one asked for it either. You must let us know how you did manage it.

Many thanks for all your replies, the 16 year old will now have her own log on I have enabled netnanny on her account and she will be supervised.

It is not a case of how much time she spends on line it is a case of what she got up to in " chat rooms" the last time she was here.

Nige,

Supervision leads to Irritation

Irritation leads to Aggravation

Aggravation leads to***********************DEMOLITION

Don't work for our kids Nige, stick to what you know best, Powercuts.
