A good report



I had occasion to have to have some cosmetic surgery done on our car.

I called the property center ( http://www.tpc-cy.com ) and checked with Maria to see if I was covered for what needed doing as they had arranged the insurance with Gunes- can sigorta, Yes you are covered.

I emailed photos of the damaged parts and was called back 10 minutes later by can sigorta and asked did I want the car collecting or did I want to take it to lefkosia ? To Active Assist the appointed garage..



Several minutes later Maria called to say she had been in touch with the insurance company and they would be contacting me, they already had !!



I opted to take it to lefkosia.



After inspecting the car I was informed if I took it in on Thursday it would be ready the following Monday at 2pm on Saturday I was called to say the car is ready and would be with me around 6 oclock and it was.



Not only was it looking like a new car gleaming inside and out but they even provided me with a courtesy car free of charge for the 3 days.



Well done Maria and the property center, well done Gunes Can Sigorta, well done ActiveAssist.



It is so nice to have something go right and be able to say well done a good job.
