| What can anyone tell us about this company? They did some wonderful, very expensive work last year for us, 50% of which we are still delighted with. However, we've been getting the runaround since the beginning of May when they were supposed to start their repair work - one excuse after another. We like the principal of the company personally but we're beginning to wonder if we've been conned - again....... Every time we contact them, they assure us of action but nothing ever gets started? Has anyone else had any experience with them? |

| If you have paid them up front? I hope I am proved wrong but it might be difficult to get them to come back and carry out repairs. Was there a guarantee!! |

| I f you are having any problems with the work or items you brought call Hasan at the consumers Ass in Lefkosa. he is really very helpful and usually a call from him will sort things out. His number is 0392 229 0790 He and his wife both speak very good English. So far he has helped one of my friends get a new DVD player and another english tourist get her money back for a pearl ring she was sold but then found out it was plastic, the police couldn't help even though they tried but hasan did! If They haven't done what they were ment to or items are still under garentee he can help. Good Luck Angela |

| We did pay, once the work was all finished, and there is a 2 year guarantee - for what those are worth! We have a 5 year guarantee from our builder but he's done a runner so it's not worth the paper its written on! These were repairs and fixes to HIS shoddy work that we had carried out, and on the whole, we were happy with it. There is just one serious issue that needs resolving, before the rains start! We don't want to go the Consumer Assoc (Thanks for that info Angela, I'll keep the number) route just yet, we really want to try and get this sorted with the company (foolish dreams perhaps?)if we can..... |

| it what i keep telling you, this is cyprus even the locals can't get a guarantee honoured. we ususally find that if someone wants money up front then they are going to try and rip you off. beko, honour their guarantee if anyone is buying aircon right now. only company i have found who do. |

| We have brough a Arcilik and a Toros Air con unit both have had small problems and were fix the next day under garentee. |
