To all potential purchasers/owners of Palm view, depending on when you signed your contracts and are due to take possession of your apartment you need to be wary. My Apartment was due for completion/delivery two months ago! This was allowing a 4 months grace period.....Hence my property is now 6 months late for handover! Please read your contracts and start communications flowing with Nadav Fridman the developer project Manager because they are giving lame excuses and avoiding replying to e-mails. I have today informed them I wish to claim my monthly penalty clause premiums as agreed in my contract. Dont just sit and hope folks something is going on, I will be flying out there next week to get to the bottom of it! nunu

Hi, This is my first post on this site, and I've bought at Palm Bay View as well, what do you mean be wary? Have just got back from a visit and the site is looking great with pavements being put in and they've started on the restaurant. I always thought I had a good relationship with the staff and they always answer my mails pretty quickly.

Musin, Happy Bunny and others, it would appear that Im the OGRE and outcast. Ive upset the apple cart, coz I was not getting any satisfactory answers and the delays at PBV were worrying me......Hence Ive had a *hity reply back from PBV coz I started quoting legal. My property is technically 6 months late in delivery, Ive already been let down on another property in Cyprus hence I was getting the jitters......I think I have a right to start asking questions to the dev at PBV! I did my snagging list with them in Feb this year, to be told its still not done due to technical difficulties with materials and supplies and its still not done kind of set the alarm bells ringing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Funny though......they now tell me snagging to be done in two weeks! FED UP WIV the whole Cyprus thing! Yavas, Yavas! What is hurry up in Turkish? nunu

Neale, As you know I am also a PBV owner and signed my contract in March 07. At that time I was advised the complex was scheduled to be completed in Spring 09. That being the case I will not start to worry until that time comes and goes. Several other posts provide evidence PBV is making progress and I hope those that are going out in October take the opportunity to update us further. My contract does have the same clauses in it as your good self. Have a great break & hopefully your questions will be answered to your satisfaction. Morty

Morty, with respect....my contract was signed in March 2006! It clearly states my apartment to be handed over within 24 months allowing an additional 4 months grace period. Work it out.... 2006 my friend I signed....when PBV was just a piece of grassland! nunu

Hi Neal, I think you should take Morty with you, and show him what you are saying if that is whats in the contracts, then according to my calculations Morty's won't be ready until a year later than your's, wonder if he know that ! Speak soon. David
