If 6 Nations Rugby is a Religious Festival, does that make the Scots atheists?

Is this all about this ball game that makes use of an egg shaped ball? What a strange game.

16:30: SCOTLAND -vs- ITALY

19:00: IRELAND -vs- ENGLAND

It's Super-Saturday!

The obvious question is:...

Will Italy add Scotland to their list of scalps this year?

(There might be another matter as well but it escapes me for the moment...)

The final day.

That other question: will England secure a grand-slam?

Well played by all. A great six nations tournament; one which saw Italy beat France.

Special congratulations to the Irish who fielded a superb team yesterday. A team whose professionalism exposed England's inexperience.

That said, well done England! We won the 2011 tournament!

Final results:

1. England - 8 Points (+51)

2. France - 6 Points (+26)

3. Ireland - 6 Points (+12)

4. Wales - 6 Points (+6)

5. Scotland - 2 Points (-27)

6. Italy - 2 Points (-68)

Looking forward to the World Cup this autumn. And despite the usual predictions of a Southern Hemisphere clean sweep lets not forget that that's a long battle, giving all sides opportunity both to warm up or to weaken. Don't write off the Northern nations just yet!
