| My friend recently swopped a 1 bedroom flat at Esentepe for one at Orchard court.

| To be honest she only swapped because Esentepe was behind schedule, she didn't really want an apartment in Lapta but it was better than no apartment in Esentepe. |

| She has a one bedroom apartment but she hasn't ever stayed there. She is probably going to put it up for sale as Lapta is not where she wants to be. |

| Oh dear - any particular reason why she doesn't like Lapta? I don't really know the area but am coming out to see the apartment in October so hope to find my way around in the few days that I am there. |

| It is just that she prefers Esentepe side and already has an apartment there. I live in Catalkoy so when she comes over we tend to stay on the East side more.
Hope you enjoy your trip over in October. |
