It's a shame this part of the Med hasn't got much wet fish and almost no shell fish, so it sounds like it might be mostly frozen, imported fish on the menu.

if memory serves me correctly there is a fish restaurant approx 3 doors up from there. No I have never been and can't remember the name!

The restaurant you are referring to was Marmaris and has been closed for about five years now

If you want fresh fish, try Sirin Yaki, at Karsiyaka sea front.



I've seen the fish come in straight from the boat



Amazing steaks too
