Hi All,



Does anyone know anything about the Ozyalcin complex Patalene Life in Girne/Kyrenia...Do they have their own web site or forum?

This is the relevant page on the Ozyalcin website http://www.ozyalcinconstruction.com/oc/properties_detail.asp?PID=39 We have had a good look at Patalena and found the apartments to be very nice. Very similar to Patara City but slightly larger. The bathrooms in the smaller 1 bed apartment are bigger than those at Patara. We viewed apartments in most of the blocks. You really need to go there to make your own decision because some of the blocks are quite close to the main road and the apartments at the rear are therefore quite noisy. Also some of the parking areas beneath the buildings have very steep inclines and some could get pretty wet if there was a lot of rain.



Each block has 10 apartments, 8 x 1 beds (4 on the first two floors) and 2 x 3 beds on the top floor.



We dealt with Huseyin at H&B and he is very knowledgeable about the site.
