There are a number of shops East of Famagusta that would be ideal. Or do we mean the Turkish Republic of Girne?

we are maxed out on the east side of Girne with cafes we dont need another one. There are 6 within a mile of each other.

Take a drive on the East side, you will see some new shop buildings, newly built on the main stretch, ready for rental !! so nice to know you are looking, hope you find suitable premises, we certainly will pop in and sample your wares !! Good luck.

There is a fish and chip shop in Karakum near Lemar. Competition yes its ok but there are only so many customers to go around and we are flooded with places to eat. From Karakum to Catalkoy there are at least eight cafe type places and another being built right next door to Mado.I dont understand the mentality oh thats a busy place lets open the same thing next door.

Sorry paddywack, Just stating a fact this couple have just rented our villa and have left it in a s--t condition, but what can you except with them having 3 dogs and not caring where they sh-t.
