New Bypass improvements

Drove along yesterday, the new roundabout is very good and they have already installed a lot of lights at the Girne end. The roundabout at Alsanak has also been improved and hopefully will slow drivers down.



Slowly but surely, improvements are progressing well, just hope they install some stop, slow and give way signs as well.

The road hasn't been closed at all Cooper. You just have to make sure you dodge the workers as you speed along at 100mph

A friend drove along today, police had pulled over at least 15 speeding motorists.

Hi Den they have imposed a 50 limit on a very short stretch just before bowling alley. They are waiting there to pounce.

There are also some new signs that drop the speed limit from 75 to 65, which we didnt notice yesterday, and cost us 130tl fine!

Should have paid more attention!
