Yes, very unfortunate but it's true. Sadly one more nice man to remember.

I believe the funeral may be on Thursday at the Green Hill Cemetery (behind GAU c\amplus) possibly around mid-day - not yet confirmed. Suggest anyone wanting to know more contact anyone they know in the '112' brigade.

Apparently the hospital tried to save him and did one successful operation but there was a second bleed that was not stopped and he died in hospital in the ealry hours of Sunday morning.

A dynamic man who was energetic and enthusiastic in serving others. But his wife will stay here, she thinks as she loves the place.

For those interested funeral is definitely onThursday at 12.30 at the Green Hill Cemetery (up the hill from GAU and the GAU roundabout on the bypass.

No flowers please, but donations of money to 112 would be greatly appreciated.

I am sure that Sheila and family would welcome anyone who wished to share in paying last respects to a man snatched away just as he was starting to contribute so much to his new home.
