| I,m not sure that my four year old grandaughter is taking her new schools religious instruction seriously. While I was putting her to bed the other night she asked me to wait while she said her prayers, I duly waited and struggled to keep my face straight when she came out with, Dear Lord, please help me to do my shoes up, and please make mummy and daddy happy, let them buy a puppy !!!!!! What do they say, out of the mouths of babes and innocents. |

| Thats lovely and exactly what you said, inocent :O) but really she has got the jst of a prayer. She asked for help (with the shoes), asked for something important to her (mummy and daddy to be happy) and something she wants... a puppy! How sweet! Just remind her to say thanks also for all the things she already has and got help for, she'll understand that :O) and very important I think :O) So so sweet! |
