| Hello all
I think i most probably have the name wrong, but someone told me about a nice place to visit in Lapta where they have beautiful gardens and peacocks etc. Does anyone know what this place is called and whereabouts it is in Lapta. Also, has anyone visited this place and can lyou let me know if they think its worth a visit

| Really worth a visit . However last we visited they said they would be charging in future to enter. At that time if you had a drinks and a meal you could look around the gardens and use the swimming pool, now I feel sure there is a 10ytl charge per person to enter but you would need to double check. | Its called Green Heights park.From Girne on the main Lapta road you turn left just before the Mediteranian Gardener which is on the right.Its only a small sign so you may miss it first time. Drive up the road and its on the left.There is a cafe,swimming pool and lovely gardens to walk around.When we went the animals/bird cages were very smelly.Its free to enter but you pay for use of pool. Its a lovely relaxing place but we dont like to see animals in cages. So if you dont either just enjoy the relaxing garden and dont bother with the cages. |

| i thought green heights was in alsancak taking the yesiltepe road opposite mambo bar. is there another one? |

| Any more info please what animals how big is the park so its in alsancak oppisite mambo bar then how far up cheers |
