Hi all has anyone recived a speeding ticket lately ... i received a hand delivered one only last week .... just a date time of offence ...this ticket was over a year old ...you normally get 15 days to pay i didnt of course ... 247 ytl and for every day ya didnt pay it doubles plus 50 points on liceince .... funny thing was i was never in the place they stated on that date .... i couldnt prove a thing had to pay it ...

you could go the police station and ask to see the photo taken.



in court, you don't have to prove that you weren't there, the police has to prove that it was your car speeding..

well im posotive it wasnt me or my car ... one because they say it was on the famagusta road which i have only travelled on once since i came to the island which was june of last year this speeding ticket was for september ... and they say i was doing 110 on a 65 speed limit .... god i feel like im living on egg shells in this country .... in england ya know the rules ... here is a very different story .... well being a woman ... i find this a very intimadationg place to live ... where we have no say as a woman as if we have no brains ... and the police where very unhelpful still whats new .... im having a bad day and a wing buy the sounds of it .....
