GAU Dance meeting, Update

Have just come from the meeting, a surprising small amount of people turned up.



Anyway, it starts next Tuesday at 5pm (1 hr), we will start off with Hip Hop. Dress code is casual, track suit, leggings and t-shirts etc. Shoes are optional, (the floors are sprung).

The teachers will also cover, Jazz, Modern and Contempary styles of dance and the course lasts for 8 weeks.



Hopefully somemore of those interested parties will turn-up.

Ouch - hip hop,. How nubile does one have to be? Sounds terrifying, but fun. Might go to watch - not sure I can hip and hop at the same time.

But I am sure it is a great way to get fit for free and maybe evnelose weight.
