Msg.12, Lilli: I'm curious to know why mushrooms aren't locally grown. Are they expensive simply because they are imported?

Good luck to Liz and Guido, I know the new menu will be a big success. They create a relaxed and informal atmosphere for all to enjoy. It has always been excellent value to me and look forward to getting back there in April.
