| An alcoholic drink a day can help keep heart disease at bay, according to a review of 30 years of research.
The work, published in the British Medical Journal, showed a 14% to 25% reduction in heart disease in moderate drinkers compared with people who had never drunk alcohol.

| Moderation! too many Asprins can give you stomach bleeds and kill you. Too much alcolhol can rot your liver, . Actually my husband was rejoicing at the news,but I reminded him that a drink a day was a glass and not a bottle or a flagon or a barrel. Keep withjthe one glass of (probably) wine and you benefit, do more and your pension will get cut short as your life is!
