Buying a second property

Hi all,



I have an apartment in Famagusta and I am hoping to buy another property nearer Kyrenia. Is this possible for a foreigner or must I relinquish my first property? Also, I would like to know how big a plot I am allowed to buy. Any tips would be appreciated.

you are only allowed one , but you can buy , and put 2nd property in say , your son or daughter, mother ,fathers name .

do you need to have proof of a criminal-free record or some kind of legal trusting when you buy a property in your name?

You need to provide a current police record check when applying for Permission to Purchase which is part of the buying process.
