| Maybe the question should be... where is he getting that? If he's giving it to all then nobody is better off or he must have stolen it from them in the first place. |

| It did say on the news that it was $400 dollars and Ihave noticed the similar sort of thing going on in Oman and Saudi Arabia but this was mainly for people who were out of ajob and students........ |
