Does anyone know where we can hire a "whacker" plate (think that is how you spell it !!) from ? It is for flattening/compacting ground prior to laying slabs etc.

in karaoglanoglu there is a place called karmen homes that rents them out all sizes.

I think the company msg 2 is refering to in Carmal Ltd, and it is on the Sanayi industrial estate in Karaoglanoglu. If you ring this number you should get Osman who speaks english as the staff have very little: 0542 857 8559
