Two Irishmen are hammering down floorboards. Paddy picks up a nail, realises it's upside down and throws it away. He carries on doing this until murphy says

"why are you throwing them away?"

"because theyre upside down!" says paddy.

"you daft so and so" replies murphy

"save them for the ceiling!"

A policeman in Oswestry spots a huge black guy dancing on the roof of a Ford car.

He radios for backup.
