| Astute FMA is registered and regulated in the TRNC. It is imposable for a non UK registered company to be regulated by the FSA. Astute FMA follows all the guidance set out by the Central Bank here in the TRNC and also voluntarily follows the guidance that is set out by the FSA in the UK which is encapsulated in the statement “treating clients fairly”. Although Astute FMA is not regulated in the UK all of the investment and product recommendations are regulated in the jurisdiction that they operate in. We take great care and diligence in the research we do before we make any recommendations. Individual investments will have different risk profiles which are explained and matched to each individual client’s needs and circumstances. We are not a bank, we do not manage any investments and we do not hold any client money. If we did any of the aforementioned we would be in grave trouble with the central bank. |
