| Hi Very much doubt it. I think they will be closed 30th, 1st & 2nd - that's when the banks are closed. This year Bayram is 9 days starting on Saturday 27th and ending on Sunday 5th October so you will probably find all government offices closed during this period. |

| Thanks for info. Guess I will have to pay bills on Thursday/Friday, 25th/26th, before the weekend. I arrive Wednesday and am only there for a week. |
