esnaf and zanaatkarlar are the people who watch over beauty salons etc and yes you do have to display there price list but that list is for the base price.you cant go below it but you can charge above it

the law for mobile hair dressers are different they should be registered and have a certificate to prove it other wise its a cash in the hand job,no taxes or insurance

My hairdresser in N. Cyprus is mobile, she travels all over has 400 clients, she will always give a price over the phone. She is registered & has UK certificates.

If anyone is unsure of the prices in the salon you can always ask before you have anything done then make up your own mind. As for mobile hairdressers, you pays your money, you takes your chance.

id suggest to inform them and they will know what to to with an illegal trader or the tax office could be helpfull!
