I am not sure I have heard the EU actually admit it made an error over Cyprus before?

While we're on, why is it so expensive to phone Isle of Wight, either by VOiP, landline, or mobile, from TRNC?



My IOW friends [RoC] have just said: 'Stuff Cyprus!' and moved back to the island!

Vaughan - individually, yes, I accept some have admitted it but am not sure the EU as an entity has before.

There is a reference in the article to the EU not making the same mistake as it did with Cyprus.

That's the writers opinion, though based on some EU politicians statements.
