The headache is something that everyone gets at least once in awhile. It's a strange pain that can come on for any number of reasons. Try this pill free method.

Press and hold to the count of 10:

1. Both sides of your eyebrows (earside) there is an indentation.

2. Pinch the bridge of your nose.

3. Centre rear of head where skull meets spinal column.

Repeat in turn.
