Alsatian running loose on Acapulco Road

There is an Alsatian dog with a heavy chain collar running loose along the Acapulco road now for 3 days. We first saw it on Sunday afternoon and again today. It is now looking very thin and weary, does anybody know who / where it belongs?

I saw an Alsatian, with a chain, running loose around the Küçük Erenköy/Bahceli area more than a week ago. I stopped and asked a local home owner but they didn't know the dog. Poor thing must be starving if it's the same one!

I saw this dog near the Acapulco on Sunday as well, large alsation so I think it would be a dog. It was weaving back and forth across the road. It had a heavy chain collar on and was extremely thin. I have been up the road again since but didn't see it again.
