Can any one help please when trying to send a txt message on turkcell I am now getting " error sending message " I have tried my sim on another phone and the same thing happens.

Nige, is this one of your jokes? If not, can you contact by landline your provider and get this sorted. I know how you feel when either the mobile phone or internet goes wrong I feel like empty. Good luck and I hope that you get help soon.

nope it no joke.



not sure what is going on the number on the turkcell website is unavailabe. the numbers Turkcell Customer Services at 444 0 532, or Hazır Kart Customer Services at 444 0 535 .

It's just one of those things that happens every now and then. Usually at New year when lots of people are clogging up the system. Try moving your location a few kilometres down the road to another transmitter and see if that cures it, or just hang on until they fix the problem.

Many thanks to alison from sunny cyprus, who popped in on her way past sorted it out form, little fingers ( not mine, granddaughter is main suspect ) had been playing and deleated the message center settings !!
