I wanted a shrub and went to 3 garden centres, all 3 have closed down. One opposite Seaterra, one opposite Marshalls in Karakum and one by the side of Lemar next to Cratos. Whats going on I wonder.

There are more garden centres than you can shake a stick at between Kangeroogeroo and Karsiyaka with a HUGE new one opening soon near Sunny lane as was.

We have the Perova, Babel Gardens, Mediterranean Gardener to name just a few.

Like all business's, the best will prevail. Green Garden next to Burhans is a safe bet - they and Perova are the same company.

Grow your own - much more fun even if it takes a little longer to get results! Loved your version of the "K" place Vidal -gave me a morning smile

Ive been recommended Photinia Red Robin for a hedge. The recommendation came from Patricia from the Garden Club who visits Ozankoy now and again from the South side. However Ive been to 3 garden centres and they do not seem to recognise it. Has anyone seen it this side?
