Testing is finished and the cars are on their way to 'Oz for the 1st race of the season in Melbourne..

Were Red Bull sandbagging? Have Mercedes found that elusive speed? For the sake of McLaren - I hope they were 'bluffing ' !!!

My personal thoughts are this will be the pecking order ( pace wise) at the start of the season:

1/ Red Bull

2/ Ferrari or Mercedes

3/ Mercedes or Ferrari

4/ Renault

5/ Williams

6/ Sauber

7/ Torro Rosso

8/ Force Inda

9/ McLaren

10/ Lotus - the green ones)

11/ Virgin

12/ Hispania - if their car runs - at all

Race Reliability and strategy will also be a key... This is how qualifying might look..

OK.. anyone else what to nail their colours to the mast ? .... (and possibly look 'daft' )

Who will be the best drivers in each team

1/ Vettel

2/ Hamilton - in the end

3/ Alfonso

4/ Rosberg

5/ Heidfeld

6/ Rubinio - in the end

7/ Alguersuari - if either of 'em keep their drive..

8/ di Resta - in the end

9/ Kobayashi

10/ Kovalainen.. Trulli to out qualify him more often - if the car holds up..

11/ Glock

12/ Liuzzi - never been lucky.. deserves a better drive

Let's see who was closest to being right at the end of the season ;) !

Hello Washerman... I didn't know you were a 'fan'...?

Surely, you wouldn't have popped up in a thread to push a non licensed pay tv system ? ;)

What times are the practice sessions on ADMC ?

What times are the Qualifying sessions ?

Will they have the knowledgeable BBC commentary team ?

Will there be ADVERTS ruining the flow?

I'll find out what times the practice sessions are - I can understand your concern, after all, if they are in the late afternoon or, early evening when people with 4.2m dishes have problems with reception from your "weak bird" (your words from another thread) - they may wish to use a system like ours which has a very strong signal and doesn't stop/cut out.

Yes, commentary is in English.

Adverts - I n't know, but I'm sure, given the choice, people would rather watch something than nothing.

See message 16 in this thread for special offer details on every Formula 1 race in HD or, telephone: 0533 869 4372 - same telephone number for seven years !

Dear Washerman..( and YES, AJ I hear you..)

The signal on which BBC interactive broadcasts ( red button) is in CLEAR.. it is FREE... you don't need to pay and any old SKY receiver can get it - without a card..

It is available on a 1.5m dish in Cyprus.. a 1.2m works in L'sol - it is a VERY strong signal........ ;)

Can you guarantee that it will always be there or, may it disappear like ITV - afterall, the people selling these Sky systems have no control over their suppliers (SKY, BBC, ITV).

On here, you have been telling everyone not to invest (a large amount of) money on a system that the suppliers have no control over.

When you say that you don't have to pay - apart from the £800 installation cost of a concrete base, 1.8m dish, receiver, card, and subscription if one chooses !

Not to mention thousands of £'s on a 4.2m dish that only works some of the time.

Our satellite TV systems work 'ALL' the time - our customers get what they pay for (not a wing and a prayer promise!)
