Does anyone know if the Bowling and Dry Ice Rink at Famagusta is still operating, and how to find it coming from Lefkosia?

It's been a few years since I was up to any kind of skating so haven't been in there but I pass quite frequently and it appears to be open and quite busy. Also I see their van travelling around very often. HTH.

Sorry ozziegogo, but as you get to Famagusta on the main road from Lefkosa you reach a traffic island with 3 palm trees. Turn left and Ice/Bowl is down on the left. If you reach the blue bridge you have gone too far.

If Travelling via Aya Nick crossing turn left at the first roundabout. Go on to the third roundabout (which is the last one anyway), take second exit go on approx 2 km. The rink is on the left hand side, set well back from the road and you can't miss it.

Directions from Lefkosa have been given above but there is a small caveat. This road into Gazi is the end of the motorway road which js presently closed for roadworks and I don't know which way they are diverting traffic as I haven't used it. No matter, whether they divert you right or left through the small streets you will know when you reach the wide main rd. When you do then turn left, go straight on for abt 2km as above.

Have fun.
