Hey Bill, you obviously didn't listen to the show two weeks ago - I played 'Louie Louie' for you on that programme. I also played 'Lay Lady Lay' for you on the 30th January.

Will play 'Tambourine Man' for you in a couple of weeks. Pick a few more out for me (one's that I haven't played recently).

Mike. I know you did - but they are my favourite songs.

Hi Bill, I know they are your favourite songs, but I can't really play them again so soon after I have just played them. I have had other people doing the same thing. If I played the same songs over and over again the show would be too repetitive.

Give it a few months down the line and I'll play them again for you. Pick some others in the meantime.

Hi Phil, she sounds OK - I must say I have never heard of her, but I'll look her up on my download site and see what else she has recorded.

Hi Mike

A couple of suggestions from me - tried to be a bit 'diverse'

Anything by Rumer - she has a great voice, I think

Harvest Moon - Neil Young

Anything by Adele - her latest album is very good, but then so's her previous one

Waterloo Sunset by The Kinks

Dancing in the Moonlight - Toploader

Any early Eagles stuff

Five O'Clock Somewhere or Margaritaville - Jimmy Buffett

With thanks.

Phil - I tend to use the ISOHUNT site mostly. Cannot download everything - it all depends if people are seeding that music onto the net at the time, but it serves most of my purposes.

Some good choices their Jeannie - but I'm surprised there's no Tamla or Soul music on the list as I know you like those sounds.

Mike, I am indeed an old, dyed in the wool Soul & Motown fanatic

I thought I'd try and diversify a bit this time.

I look forward to hearing your show next week.

Regards.

Jean

PS I happen to know that Bill is a closet Mantovani fan - so please could you bear this in mind when compiling your playlists

Bill - you're welcome!
